Spring / Summer 2013 couldn’t hurry up anymore, I’m always summer loving. Coffin and Cake showed exactly how they cook up summer in the winter today in their Shoreditch showroom with the freshest street wear and lifestyle garms. WHOO HOO! Vans, Analog, Demin Deamon, Surf Dome, Fallen, now it’ssss on.
The annual BFI London Film Festival kicks off tomorrow and we’d definitely suggest heading down. Over the next 12 days, over 300 films will be screened, from documentaries to shorts. Movies have been divided into numerous categories including Cult, Thrill, Laugh and Dare. The opening gala screening is none other than the European premiere of Tim Burton’s new child-friendly 3D movie Frankenweenie.
There really is something for everyone. If you’re a fan of Old Boy we’d recommend checking out acclaimed Korean movie Nameless Gangster, if you like romances try something new with Teddy Bear, and if you want to sink your teeth into a documentary, opt for West of Memphis. Our favourites on the list include Seven Psychopaths, Ginger & Rosa and End of Watch.
The BFI London Film Festival is open to everyone, so if you’d like to find out more about the films showing during the festival and how to book tickets visit the official website. To whet your appetite take a peak at the trailers below.
