I worked on a shoot with this lovely lady last month, and it’s safe to say that I may have fallen in love. Say hello to Miss Bone…
Who?
Rebecca Bone.
What do you do for a living?
I am a pet nutritionist, model and professional dude.
Talk us through a day in the life of you…
I begrudgingly get out of bed, then share my road rage with the world, work, blog, shop. If I can get a walk in there somewhere with the dog – I will do it. Have a little dance in my room (very important stuff there). Shower and if there is a snuggle available I’ll take it.

What….
Makes you cross?
Animal cruelty, bad manners, rude people and people that stand too close to me in a queue and egos.
Makes you happy?
Laughing. Being in love, my puppy and happy endings (not the rude kind).

Whats…
Your most missed memory?
My old dog Sam and being young again – it was all so simple and beautiful then.
The last thing that you bought?
This Clutch bag.

Where’s your favourite place to be?
By the ocean. Someone once told me that if you have troubles look out to the ocean and in ten minutes the problems may not be gone but the worries are. That’s a nice thought.

I’m very good at…
Listening and giving good advice….even though I don’t listen to myself nor take my own advice. I do like to help people.
I’m pretty good at selling stuff too.
But I’d like to be very good at…
I’d like to be really good at saving the world and healing hearts.
Or writing music.

Arturo Elena
What do you do for a living?
Illustrator, mainly of fashion.
Talk us through a day in the life of you..
I wake up early. When I arrive to my studio, I play music and straight away I start working, first I check all my emails and then I start drawing. I also spend quite a lot of time talking with my clients and in Skype talking to Sara, my agent based in London. In the afternoon, after a small ‘siesta’ (I do this always) I continue working or I go out for meetings. The last hours of the day I normally dedicate it to my personal life.
What….
Makes you cross?
The lack of honesty and proffesionality.

Makes you happy?
Being able to live from doing what I like the most : illustration and fashion.

Wake up, make coffee, drink coffee, shower, then check my emails. Then either go skating, usually at Stockwell, or sit in my room and draw all day – whilst listening to the Jeremy Vine show on Radio 2. In the evening I’ll either go to a house party in Camberwell, Peckham or New Cross, or sit at home and watch some awesome HBO series; The Sopranos and Deadwood are on at the moment.

What…
Makes you cross?
Not that much; When Paddy O’Connel sits in for Jeremy Vine, getting ink everywhere when filling my pens up, dirty griptape and when my housemates accidentally turn the hot water off when I’m in the shower.

Top Cities…
London – I moved here about 4 years ago to skate and study, now I’ve finished uni and I’m not leaving.
Leicester – I’m from Leicester so I still like to go back from time to time and impress everyone with stories from the big city like some big-city-fat-cat.
Malmo – I visited Malmo on a skate trip last year with Jonnie Craig, Tom Knox and Jake Harris, it was amazing because Vice paid for everything and we skated all the Pontus Alv spots. I love this place.

SOFIDONUTS MEETS MARK CHRISTOPHER
October 13th, 2011 by Sofi
Who?
Mark Christopher / Mark Breed.
What do you do for a living?
At the moment, nothing. However I am selling my t-shirts which is keeping me alive…slightly. I’d love to say I Illustrate for a living but that’s probably just a dream.

Talk us through a day in the life of you…
Oh god, my life is so messed up. I wake up around twelve or maybe one in the afternoon, put on my rags, go downstairs, skip breakfast/eat lunch and then plan whats going down. On a normal day my friends and I will go scavenge for charity shop gold. Not actually gold, we just get junk drunk off clothes. Tell you what though, you’d be surprised at the stuff we find and how little it costs. Not a great deal goes on in the country I have to say. Many nights are spend down what I call the cabin, which is basically a shed at the very bottom of my garden with everything you could imagine in it, a man cave if you will…It’s got sofas, big table, vinyl player, computer for the films, surround sound, plastic ducks, love letters from strangers and the wall is just covered with old memories. Then after all that I come alive till about three in the morning, sleep, rinse and repeat.

What…
Makes you cross?
When technology doesn’t work as it’s supposed to. oh and, don’t even get me started about them programmes about girls social lives…who gives a shit?
Makes you happy?
Little things in life make me happy. I’m not really one for going out their comfort zone. Thing like this make me happy. Having people appreciating what I do. I feel like a kid waking up on Christmas morning every time I see I have a message about my Illustrations.

Whats…
Your most missed memory?
I don’t really miss anything, If I had to say. I miss my friend Jamie who passed away last year. It was horrific but it still hasn’t settled in. I guess now that’s just a memory.
The last thing you bought?
I went to an antiques fair and bought an old smoking tin from around the 1960′s that says, “log cabin” on it. Couldn’t resist.

Most listened to albums…
Led Zeppelin – III, Jeff Buckley – Grace and it’s probably out of Slowdive – Souvlaki or the Red House Painters – Songs for a Blue Guitar.
Top Cities…
More of a country person. Most of the cities in England just have a really dull, depressing feel about them, don’t enjoy them one bit.

September 26th, 2011 by StephWho?
Jerry O’Sullivan, or Jerry Berry to some.
What do you do for a living?
I run the marketing and PR department for the London fashion label Lazy Oaf.
Talk us through a day in the life of you…
Set my alarm for 8:30, sleep in till 9, get up in a rushed panic, cycle to work for 10am. Then I spend my day writing emails, posting blogs, contacting press, having meetings, writing lists and sending out packages. I also organise and run photo shoots and events which is when I am at my busiest.
At 6pm I leave work, come home, eat and either stay in watching any reality TV programme going or go to a gig or preview or something.

What…
Makes you cross?
People who have zero modesty and just sit and talk about how amazing they are. Also adult things like paying bills. And kids who throw things at me when I am cycling. The London riots made me really mad too!
Makes you happy?
My friends, my family, looking at men with long hair and beards, dogs, riding my bike when it isn’t raining, museums, trashy TV, balsamic vinegar.
Whats…
Your most missed memory?
Hanging out with my late family dog Eddie. He was a dream.
The last thing you bought?
A toothbrush holder in the shape of a tooth and some plastic flowers from Holland.

Where’s your favourite place to be?
Sadly it would probably be when I’m hanging in pubs near my house in Hackney. Or lying in bed on a Sunday knowing I don’t have to get up.
I’m very good at…
Talking. Whether it’s to people, at people or over people I could talk all day long. I have been told my voice is very loud and travels far.
But I’d like to be very good at..
Sports, any would do. My twelve year old sister beat me at an arm wrestle and tennis match recently which has made me think I need to up the anti.
Words you use all the time…
Incredible, dreamy, wah, whoa, hot stuff, ‘I know right?’
Most visited websites…

SOFIDONUTS MEETS SYNAMATIX
September 22nd, 2011 by Steph
Who?
Alex Powis aka. Synamatix
What do you do for a living?
I run The Daily Street and Deadplate Records. I also make music occasionally and DJ quite a bit.
Talk us through a day in the life of you…
My days are pretty varied to say the least! I guess I should talk you through my ideal work day, one that’s not cut up with meetings and events…
I get up, shower, then have a coffee (that sequence is very important). Then it’s a case of opening up my emails and spending the day working through my “to-do” list from the day before. I also have to write up any content for The Daily Street or edit any sent in by my writers.
As I said, my days are quite madly varied, so it could include anything from negotiating artist contracts for my record label, to organising a photo shoot or interview for The Daily Street, or meeting up with PR over a coffee. It’s nice to have variation.
What…
Makes you cross?
Myself underachieving. People bitching about topics they know very little about. People using “OMG”. Big Brother. The only way is Essex. Shit television. Shit people in general. Social climbers. Selfish people. Lack of coffee.

Makes you happy?
Good music. Vinyl. Pulling a sick outfit out of the bag in the morning. Good coffee. A sense of achievement. My happiness is heavily influenced by the small details in my life, like nice coffee, good conversation, close friends, shared experiences, witnessing something randomly entertaining, nice weather etc.
Whats…
Your most missed memory?
House parties in secondary school. They were wild, but in a brand new way. Any others, I can’t remember. My memory is useless.
The last thing you bought?
YMC camouflage shoes. They are dope.
Where’s your favourite place to be?
London, without a doubt.
I’m very good at…
Coming up with ideas. Some of them are crazy though, as in highly impractical and useless. That and spending money – I’m very good at that. I’d also say I’m a good DJ, but I don’t like actually saying I’m good at anything really.
But I’d like to be very good at..
Success. Making music. I’d also like to be better at making coffee. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, so this list could be never-ending. There’s always room for improvement, however good you are at anything.
Three…
Words you use all the time…
Rad. Interesting. Fuck.
Most visited websites…

Jeniferever – ‘Choose A Bright Morning’

Talk us through a day in the life of you…
I basically wake up early in the a.m., first thing I literally do is check my phone for business related e-mails, I then head on over to my work space as I start working on orders, since nearly everything at my store is hand made. I then ship out the stuff, which then leaves pretty much half of my day free to do my everyday shit.

Makes you happy?
Satisfying my fellow KLxTL fans & supporters. God/Life/My Lova/Family.
